Jamones Aljomar is always concerned about the healthy character of its products, for this reason, it can guarantee that its hams and pork shoulders, in all its formats, lack lactose. After a washing process and a later fermentation, the lactose is eliminated from the products ingredients, managing to eradicate it in a 100%.

ADILAC (ASOCIACIÓN DE INTOLERANTES A LA LACTOSA) that group the lactose intolerant collective of our country and certified that the company JAMONES ALJOMAR S.A., after study the laboratory certificates of its products Iberian Ham and Pork Shoulder, carried out by an independent laboratory, are of their interest. Agreement since 02/2010. Aljomar is the first company of the Spanish meat sector that manage to distinguish with this certification its hams and pork shoulders, in all their formats (sliced, boneless or whole pieces)
