This entity certify that the products supported by Aljomar carry out with the requirements established in the “Quality Rule for the meat, the ham, the pork shoulder and Iberian cured loin” gathered in the Real Decreto 1469/2007, of 2th November. The above-mentioned requirements have been evaluated according to the specified in the Particular Process of certification PI/0234/05 of CALICER.
The certification system used for verifying the performance of the Regulation Document is based on the inspection and audit of the productive process and the product, including documentary checking.
