The Regional Agriculture and Cattle Ministry, within the framework of the I Plan of Promotion and Marketing of the alimentary sector from Castilla y León 2008-2011 and with the desire of dynamize initiatives of adaptation to the market and its competitiveness requirements, has developed the guarantee trademark Tierra de Sabor to distinguish in the market fixed food products of distinguished quality that, produced, manufactured and/or transformed in the territory of Castilla y León, gathered the conditions and carried out the quality requirements that it is specified in its Use Regulation. The use of this trademark certified the performance of the above-mentioned requirements of quality by Aljomar and allows the consumers to identify it precisely.
