Basilio Grande is responsible for marketing Aljomar Iberian products . In this video, he shares his assessment of the Guijuelo-based brand's presence at the 2015 Salón de Gourmets. It was four days of non-stop activity, intense yet very positive, given the multitude of national and international contacts made.

We also gathered the opinion of chef Antonio Arrabal on the last day of this international gastronomic fair. He prepared over 800 tapas, each representing one of the six recipes, during the daily showcooking demonstrations at the Aljomar stand.
