Aljomar Hams visits New York's Fancy Food Show

Once again we traveled to the United States to attend the Summer Fancy Food Show 2014, the country's number one food fair and especially relevant for the more than 100,000 high-end products it presents at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York. The Fancy Food Show is an event held twice a year since 1955—in winter in San Francisco and in summer in New York. The Summer Fancy Food Show is the more prominent and better-attended of the two gourmet food exhibitions. This show features the most innovative processed foods and sets important trends in the restaurant and distribution industries. Aljomar Hams reaches more than 20 countries worldwide with its Iberian hams, shoulders, meats, and cured meats. In the Americas, these products are approved for consumption in the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Panama, and Peru ; France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland, England, and Belgium are fully established European markets; furthermore, the brand's distribution extends to China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, South Africa, and Russia. In the next two years, it is expected that its Iberian pork products will be available in 30 countries, representing a significant quantitative and qualitative leap in the group's production levels. After 21 years in the sector, international markets will account for 15-20% of its annual revenue.
