Jamones Aljomar will be at the Kölnmesse fairgrounds in Cologne (Germany) from October 10 to 14, 2015 , to participate in a new edition of Anuga, the most important international fair for the agri-food sector and aimed at an exclusively professional audience. Aljomar Iberian Pork , renowned for its exceptional quality and variety of cuts—including tenderloin, pluma, secreto, loin, abanico, and ribs, among others—will be a key player at this exciting event, which offers the opportunity to discover the latest trends and products, market developments, and new suppliers. The Guijuelo-based brand will be offering tastings of Iberian meats, hams, and cured meats, showcasing a wide range of gastronomic offerings from Ibérico de Bellota (PDO) to the finest quality and most flavorful Ibérico de Cebo ( grain-fed) products, as well as the premium Tributo Don Alfonso line. Aljomar Hams is located in Hall 5.2, stand A046 at Anuga Meat, a space dedicated to welcoming collaborators and friends from around the world. The doors will also be open to those who wish to learn firsthand how and where Aljomar Iberian pork products are made. Their Controlled Production and Processing Cycle, a comprehensive supervision model that inspects everything from animal selection to distribution, guarantees the quality, excellence, and gastronomic value of Aljomar products. For five days, the nearly 300,000 m² exhibition space at Kölnmesse transforms into a vast business platform for the international food industry, hosting 6,800 exhibitors from around 100 countries. Jamones Aljomar will have the opportunity to meet in person with numerous partners in its international distribution network and, in addition, will be able to hold face-to-face meetings with the many professionals who have expressed interest in Aljomar Iberian products in the 25 countries to which they are exported.
