Aerscyl, the Association for Rare Diseases of Castile and León, is one of the organizations that frequently receives support from the Aljomar Family. On this occasion, we have contributed a donation of 1,500 euros to support their fundraising events, which will be held on October 8th and 9th in Ledesma.
This association is dedicated to supporting those affected by rare or undiagnosed diseases, helping their families, and advocating for their rights and needs. Their work is very intensive, as they take on the task of improving the quality of life of those affected and supporting them in their daily struggles.
This weekend's fundraising event in the town of Salamanca will feature various recreational activities to raise money for Aerscyl, as well as a festival where all ticket proceeds will also go to the same cause. Aerscyl includes families affected by a multitude of rare diseases and many other undiagnosed conditions. The Aljomar Family supports them as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility plan, which prioritizes helping those who help others, contributing to the vital work carried out by hundreds of compassionate individuals in our local community.
Aljomar is committed to other non-profit entities such as Pyfano (children with cancer), ADAA (association for helping relatives of patients in the Balearic Islands), the Association of Deafblind People of Castilla y León and Red Madre Salamanca, the Red Cross or the Blood Donors Association.
