A new decade, a new century, a new currency (the Euro arrives) and... Jamones Aljomar expands its facilities. The growth of the previous decade was so significant that physical expansion was also necessary. In 2000, we began construction of the new facilities, which was completed in early 2002.Aljomar's factory in Guijuelo has been expanded with a new 18,000 square meter building, where the curing, marketing, and distribution of Iberian meats, hams, and sausages take place. The facilities are a model of production and hygiene, equipped with state-of-the-art technology for temperature control, product classification, and manual processing. We're growing, and how! Literally speaking, new members are joining the Aljomar family, and our photo album is filling up with 'crowded' pictures. We're so proud! There are more and more of us, both at home and at work. From that decade, we fondly remember our meeting with Vicente del Bosque. It was a pleasure to meet this great professional and, above all, wonderful person. And, just in case he happens to read this, we want to send him all our support and encouragement. We're sure he's going through a tough time, but he should know that we're by his side, through thick and thin. Bravo, Vicente!
