We continue reviewing our history. Now well into the 21st century, Jamones Aljomar is embarking on a significant renewal process. We are committed to a Controlled Production and Processing Cycle to achieve demanding standards of quality and food safety. This includes the utmost care in the genetic selection of raw materials, on-site feeding, slaughter, butchering, and curing in our own facilities, as well as the marketing and distribution of the final product. The various facilities required at each stage are subject to strict control systems and include full compliance with health requirements and traceability standards. For this, we utilize the land and feed mill of theVera Vieja livestock farm, the'El Navazo' slaughterhouse, andthe newAljomar facilities in Guijuelo. In recent years, the presentation of our new corporate identity has also stood out, much more modern and accessible,a brand image linked to the intense improvements in production processes and quality control systems and also in line with the renewal of marketing formats , more in line with current consumption standards.
And with special pride and affection, at Alimentaria 2012, we launched the premium brand Tributo Don Alfonso , dedicated to the company's founder, Don Alfonso Sánchez.
During the fair, we also had the honor of receiving a visit from the then Prince and Princess of Asturias, Don Felipe and Doña Leticia, now King and Queen of Spain.
We witnessed the Spanish National Football Team win the World Cup in South Africa. And we celebrated in style, surrounded by delicious plates of Iberian ham and cured meats, of course!
In the Aljomar family, we continue to make and live history...
