Aljomar participated in the latest meeting of the Organizing Committee of INTERCARN , held within the preparatory framework of Alimentaria 2026, a particularly significant edition as it commemorates the 50th anniversary of the show.
Representing the company was José Luis Sánchez, Deputy Director of Jamones Aljomar, thus reinforcing the active involvement of the company in one of the most relevant strategic forums of the meat sector.
INTERCARN is the specialized meat industry trade fair within Alimentaria, an event that in its last edition brought together thousands of international professionals and which will once again occupy more than 60,000 m² of exhibition space, with more than 1,200 participating companies from all over the world.
