Iberian ham is a star product in Spanish cuisine, and increasingly so in other countries around the world, which is why there are so many ways to enjoy it. At Jamones Aljomar, we like to explore different ways to enjoy our products, and that's why we collaborate with other brands in the sector, such as Ybarra and Musa , to pair our Iberian hams with a variety of foods. This time, we offer you a recipe that's perfect for the holidays: Aljomar Iberian Ham Christmas Chocolates
Below we explain what ingredients you will need and how to prepare these delicious treats.
Ingredients of Iberian Ham Christmas Chocolates
- • 50 grams of almonds
- • 200g of cream cheese
- • 2 tablespoons of Musa mayonnaise
- • 1 slice of Aljomar Iberian Cebo Ham
Preparation
To prepare the chocolates, start by chopping 50 grams of toasted almonds and set them aside, because you will need them in the next step.
Next, put the 200g of cream cheese in a bowl and add the almonds, along with 2 tablespoons of Musa mayonnaise. Remove the slices of Aljomar Iberian Cebo Ham from the packet and cut them in half. It's best to use scissors for this and leave the plastic separator in place, as it will make cutting them easier.

Now, place each ham half in the wells of a round ice cube tray. Fill with the cream mixture, sealing it with the overhanging edges of the ham.
Place a weight on top to ensure they seal properly and put the tray in the freezer for at least 15 minutes so you can easily unmold the chocolates.
Once you have taken out all the chocolates, place them on a tray. You can arrange them in a pretty Christmas pattern, as shown in the picture, and you'll see how much your guests like them.
