Believe it or not, another summer is about to arrive, and you'll be craving fresh, easy-to-prepare dishes. Well, here's the first idea you can add to your summer essentials… ALJOMAR SALCHICHÓN WHIPPED WITH TOAST, a dish created by Martín Berasategui using the fantastic Iberian salchichón from the Aljomar family.
You'll see how much you enjoy making it. Plus, you can make a good amount and keep it in the fridge to treat yourself whenever you want.
Ingredients (4 people)
- 0.200 gr of Aljomar Iberian sausage
- 20g sweet spring onion
- Cilantro
- Mayonnaise
- Perris
- Lime juice
- Toasted bread

Elaboration
We chop the sausage with a knife, as small as possible, once chopped, we add the onion and chopped cilantro, bind with the mayonnaise until we get the desired texture and incorporate a little lime juice, lime zest and Worcestershire sauce.
We serve it with thin slices of toasted bread.
