A perfect pairing: Aljomar Hams and Protos Wines . And this isn't a marriage of convenience. It's a union that arises naturally and is highly praised by those who have the pleasure of enjoying it. We witnessed this firsthand at the recent Alimentaria 2016 trade fair. Two leading brands in the gourmet food market combined to great success at their respective stands.
Protos wines were served alongside the Iberian products sampled at the Aljomar stand at Alimentaria. Additionally, a professional ham carver from the Guijuelo-based brand joined the Bodegas Protos team to delight visitors who savored these select wines from the Ribera del Duero region.
