José Luis Sánchez, Deputy Director of Jamones Aljomar , will participate this Friday in the 4th Family Business Congress, held from June 8th to 9th at the Hotel Castilla Termal Monasterio de Valbuena (Valladolid). He will speak about the appropriate size for family businesses in a panel discussion that will also include Inés Juste, President of Grupo Laboratorios Juste, and José Ramón García, entrepreneur and President of Visualiza Business. The conference , titled "The Family Business: The Right Size," aims to highlight the necessary balance between business growth and the specific management characteristics of a family business. Achieving scalability without losing the family essence is one of the regional organization's areas of focus. The talk in which Aljomar will participate is part of an extensive program that will bring together, among other speakers, film director Álex de la Iglesia and former Minister of Foreign Affairs José Manuel García Margallo . The opening conference will be given by the Honorary President of the Association, Juan Manuel González Serna (Grupo Siro ).
