Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham and shoulder ham come from 100% organic Iberian pigs raised free-range on our farms, fed on natural resources from the dehesa (pastureland) and acorns, giving the product a unique flavor, texture, and aroma. Furthermore, at Aljomar, we hold the Welfair animal welfare certification, which protects all the animals that graze on our dehesa, guaranteeing animal welfare throughout our entire production process.

Aljomar's organic production is certified in accordance with current European regulations on organic production and labelling. These regulations specifically address the processing of organic foods from organic agricultural ingredients, restrict the use of non-organic food additives with technical and sensory functions, exclude foods containing or composed of artificial nanomaterials, and prohibit processing methods that could mislead consumers about the true nature of the product.
