Legal terms and conditions for participation in the Aljomar-La Masía Ham Raffle:
1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION The company Jamones Aljomar SA with registered office at Polígono Industrial I.2 GUIJUELO, 37770 (SALAMANCA) and CIF A37200698 organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusive for users residing in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section of conditions to participate.
2.-START DATE AND END DATE The Promotion will start on February 15, 2021 and will end on February 28, 2021 at 23.45 hours on Facebook and Instagram.
3. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS The participation requirements will be the following:
§ Residing in Spain and being over 18 years of age.
§ The personal data with which the participants fill in the registration form must be truthful.
§ Participants will have to comment on the giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram.
4. PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES Three winners will be randomly selected from among the participants in the draw, using the Easypromos application. Each winner will receive the following prize: 3 packs of Aljomar Sliced Meats and 1 bottle of La Masía Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements stipulated in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.
6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory, or that could infringe upon the rights of third parties, will not be permitted. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, privacy, and image will also not be permitted. We will not be held responsible for damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may offend other participants.
7. EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY. By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays, or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We assume no responsibility in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the full or partial enjoyment of the prize.
8.- FACEBOOK The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated in any way with Facebook or Instagram, therefore the Participants release them from all liability for any damages that may arise from it.
9. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 11, on the Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, each participant, by accepting these terms and conditions, consents to their personal data being included in a file, for which we are responsible, and used to send them newsletters and commercial and promotional communications related to our services via electronic means. We inform you that you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection by sending an email to jamones@aljomar.es or by letter addressed to the following address: Polígono Industrial I.2; Guijuelo, 37770 (Salamanca), attaching in both cases a copy of your national identity document (DNI).
9.- CHANGES We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that it does not harm or diminish the rights of the participants in the Promotion.
10. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The Courts of the city of Salamanca shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions.
