Our Extra acorn- fed Iberian salchichón comes from animals raised in freedom on our farms, fed on natural resources of the dehesa and acorns so that the product has a unique flavor, texture and aroma.

At Aljomar, we hold the Welfair animal welfare certificate . This certificate guarantees animal welfare throughout our entire production process, from the raising of Iberian pigs on our farms to the processes in our factory, ensuring the use of good practices throughout the food chain.
