Once again, we're attending the National Ham Carving Competition in Ronda (May 25th). And this year, we're also paying a well-deserved tribute to Don Leocadio Corbacho, a true master ham carver. For years, Leocadio has passed on his expertise to his children and colleagues, who have learned from the best how to cut a slice of ham with feeling, professionalism, and care.
This competition has had our support from day one, for the past 12 years. We couldn't and didn't want to miss it, and we'll be there, sponsoring this great event that brings together the best professionals in the industry and is endorsed by the Spanish Association of Ham Cutters.
