Aljomar, present in the preparations for Alimentaria 2018

José Luis Sánchez Sánchez, Deputy Director of Jamones Aljomar , will participate on July 6th in Barcelona in the meeting of the Meat Committee (Intercarn), which will lay the foundations for the participation of the meat industry in the Alimentaria 2018 fair.
Thus begins the entire organizational machinery of the most important fair in the field of the food industry, due to its great international projection.
At Aljomar we have already confirmed our presence at the next edition of Alimentaria 2018, which will be held from April 16 to 19, 2018 , so we are also starting preparations to attend this event, which we have been loyal to since 1996.
At the meeting being held this weekIn Barcelona, in addition to Aljomar , other members of the Alimentaria meat committee will also be present, along with representatives from major companies in the sector such as Campofrío, El Pozo, Noel, Tello, and Casa Tarradellas. This sector represents a large part of the event and has already booked 85% of its exhibition space, 10 months before the fair.
Meat products, wines, and gastronomy lead the Spanish food industry, making these sectors true pillars of the event, sharing their concerns and contributing ideas for the competition. The International Food and Beverage Exhibition will strengthen its exhibition offerings for 2018 and reinforce its strategic positioning in gastronomy, restaurants, and hospitality to ensure maximum representation of exhibiting companies and reflect new trends and consumer habits.
