Aljomar, Real Betis Balompié and Benjamín Zarandona, at the I Clinic Equatorial Guinea

Aljomar Hams and Real Betis Balompié are committed to values ​​education and sportsmanship, in partnership with former footballer and journalist Benjamín Zarandona . We are sponsoring the 1st Equatorial Guinea Clinic. This training program will be led by Benjamín Zarandona in his native country, in collaboration with Real Betis Balompié. It will be offered to children aged 8 to 10 throughout the 2017-2018 season in quarterly sessions. The initiative aims to bring the club's methodology to Equatorial Guinea, promoting the values ​​of Betis. Sports technique, values ​​education, and fair play complete the training program of this first Clinic, which includes both theoretical classes and sports training sessions. Furthermore, the initiative includes a trip for the children of Equatorial Guinea to Spain, to experience our country firsthand. Aljomar is taking the step of supporting this important initiative, aware of the benefits that sport brings and given our close relationship with Seville and our passion for Real Betis. It is no coincidence that it was in the popular Triana neighborhood where the foundations of what is now Jamones Aljomar were laid. There, the brand's founders opened their first shop specializing in Iberian products, named La Salmantina. What was then a small grocery store is today an emblem of the neighborhood. Betis and the Iberian flavor of Aljomar are joining forces once again, this time to share all the values ​​of sport with Equatorial Guinea, in an initiative led by our main sports collaborator, Benjamín Zarandona.
