At Jamones Aljomar, we already have our sights set on Alimentaria 2016. We are finalizing the details of our presence at the major international event for the agri-food industry , which, in this edition, celebrates its 40th anniversary and consolidates itself as a promotional platform and business center worldwide.Internationalization, specialization and innovation are basic pillars of Alimentaria, lines of work that at Aljomar we have also been developing for years as the basis of our growth and productive development.
Jamones Aljomar's Iberian pork products first arrived at this food fair 20 years ago, in 1996. And during the 10 editions held in this time, we have emerged stronger thanks to the excellent quality of our hams, sausages and Iberian meats, the careful presentation of them and the large number of visitors to our stand.
And, as always, this time there will also be new features and surprises that we will gradually reveal.
Alimentaria 2016 is being held from April 25 to 28 and is expected to attract more than 140,000 visitors, breaking records with some 40,000 foreign attendees, 30 percent of the total, around 4,000 companies from 70 countries and gastronomic demonstrations by fifty chefs from around the world.
So mark your calendars in red from April 25th to 28th, we'll be waiting for you at the Gran Via Exhibition Centre in Barcelona.
