Aljomar products received a great reception at the Winter Fancy Food Show.

We're sharing a photo gallery of our first-ever appearance at the Winter Fancy Food Show, held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco (USA) from February 17th to 19th. We're back home, on our Planet Hoof, and we're thrilled with the experience, the warm reception our products received in the United States, and the many people and friends who visited our booth. We have unveiled our exquisite hams, shoulders, Iberian sausages and the different cuts of fresh Iberian pork, along with the premium Tributo Don Alfonso line, with exclusive pieces selected by the expert hands of the company's founder, Don Alfonso Sánchez Bernal. The renowned chef Antonio Arrabal , a collaborator with Jamones Aljomar, joined us once again on this journey, showcasing the vast culinary possibilities of these delicious meats with exquisite recipes and new dishes prepared during the showcooking demonstrations organized for the occasion. The skill, elegance, and refined technique of Aljomar's professional ham carvers also shone in San Francisco, offering visitors to the stand the perfect slices to fully appreciate Aljomar acorn-fed Iberian ham.
