The Guijuelo-based brand will showcase its products in a 40-square-meter stand, where visitors can discover the finest Iberian hams, shoulders, cured meats , and various cuts of fresh Iberian pork , along with the premium Tributo Don Alfonso line, which offers exclusive pieces selected by the expert hands of the company's founder, Don Alfonso Sánchez Bernal.
Aljomar Jamones' collaborating chef, top chef Antonio Arrabal , will once again join us and will be showcasing the wide range of culinary possibilities offered by these delicious meats, with exquisite recipes and new dishes that he will prepare during the showcooking demonstrations organized for the occasion. The skill, elegance, and refined technique of Aljomar's professional ham carvers will also be on display in San Francisco , offering visitors to the stand the perfect slices to fully appreciate Aljomar acorn-fed Iberian ham.
