Aljomar Hams, at the Salón de Gourmets in Madrid from April 24th to 27th

Once again, Jamones Aljomar will be present at the Salón de Gourmets, held from April 24th to 27th in Madrid (Ifema). For four days, the Guijuelo-based company will showcase the main additions to its General Product Catalog , as well as the new packaging and displays designed to meet market demands. In addition to acorn-fed Iberian hams and cured meats , this year they will place special emphasis on Iberian pork, its uses and applications in both the hospitality and retail sectors, through the 'Ibérico Meat Aljomar' brand, with a wide selection of cuts designed for both the national and international markets. The Aljomar stand (no. 4A26) will be located in Hall 4 of Ifema. Among the attractions of its presence at the Salón de Gourmets, Aljomar will feature the participation of its renowned chef, Antonio Arrabal, who will conduct various showcooking demonstrations with Iberian meats.
