Want to see in one minute everything we experienced during four intense days at the 2017 Salón de Gourmets ? Well, here it is in this time-lapse video . It was four long days of professional meetings, product tastings, showcooking, and presentations, such as that of our new brand, Iberico Meat Aljomar , for which we were joined by Tele5 news anchor José Ribagorda. In this video, you'll see all the activity we usually have at a fair of this kind, with our entire national and international sales team giving it their all, going from table to table to answer all the requests for information, inquiries, and questions from our clients and potential buyers. The fair was undoubtedly a success. The figures provided by the organizers demonstrate this, showing more than 93,000 visitors, 1,600 exhibitors, and 600 products. And, in our case, the same goes for us. With over 2,500 visits to our stand, we can say we've set a record for attendance at Gourmets . But records are meant to be broken... we're already working on it for the next editions :)
