After many months of hiatus, we can finally meet again in person at industry events. At Aljomar, we've been eagerly anticipating this and have almost everything ready to welcome you to the upcoming international food conferences.
We will be present at Anuga, in Cologne, from October 9 to 13; and at Salón Gourmets, in Madrid, from October 18 to 21.
Jamones Aljomar is carefully preparing both gastronomic events and, as always, with an optimistic outlook on the future and a great desire to welcome our collaborators and friends from all over the world.
We'll be bringing the full force and charisma of our renowned brand ambassador, Chef Martín Berasategui, to our stands. We'll be offering samples of Aljomar Iberian products and showcasing our most enticing presentations, such as hand-carved packs, the finest cuts of Iberian pork, and gourmet gift sets , among others. All of this is backed by the endorsement of our chef's 12 Michelin stars.
Furthermore, we will have the opportunity to share with professional visitors the significant progress made by Jamones Aljomar in the area of Sustainability, which is detailed, once again, in the 2020 Annual Report. These achievements include accreditation of its high level of quality with seals such as the official certificate for its organic production system, the Welfair™ Animal Welfare certification issued by AENOR, and the Ecological Footprint Compensation certificate ; as well as future projects focused on the production of organic Iberian pork and a line of 100% natural cured meats .

Anuga takes place in Cologne, Germany, from October 9th to 13th , and is the world's largest food and beverage trade fair. This year's theme is 'Transform,' which resonates deeply with us, as we are a company in constant evolution, always maintaining the natural essence of our raw materials and respecting the traditional methods of producing Iberian products. Anuga attracts around 170,000 trade visitors and, this year, also offers the option of digital participation through the new Anuga@home platform.
Regarding Salón Gourmets, which will take place in Madrid from October 18th to 21st , we remind you that it is the most important high-end food and beverage fair in Europe, the best showcase for high-end trends. And of course, the excellent quality of Aljomar Iberian products will be present: hams, shoulders, sausages, and Iberian pork products whose flavor is already enjoyed by the most discerning palates in 30 countries.
