Aljomar Hams confirms its participation in the upcoming AECOC Congress of Meat and Processed Products, which this year celebrates its 20th consecutive year as a key meeting point for the sector. Aljomar has been sponsoring the event for several years and will once again offer participants a tasting of 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham.
The event, taking place on March 10th and 11th in Lleida, will serve as a platform to discuss the most pressing issues in the industry, such as the trend of "meat rations," the arrival of cultured meat on supermarket shelves, and the future of the global white-coated pork market. The changes in consumer behavior—their attitudes towards meat, tastes, concerns, and doubts—will be shared by attendees and discussed with key figures in the market.
