Jamones Aljomar celebrates its 28th anniversary on December 7th. Undoubtedly, it's a very special birthday in a challenging year for everyone, but it's also a commemoration that looks to the future, with the same passion that has driven this charcuterie family from Guijuelo for almost three decades.
The story of Jamones Aljomar, a company founded by Alfonso Sánchez and his wife Carmen Sánchez, began in 1992 with the construction of their own factory in Guijuelo. Since then, through hard work, respect for tradition, and a love for nature, the company has continued to grow. Today, their hams, shoulders, cured meats, and fresh Iberian pork enjoy great national and international acclaim , and they are one of the top 10 Iberian producers in Spain.
Aljomar is the present and future of Iberian products worldwide and is proud of the quality of the Iberian products it brings from the pasture to the table of millions of consumers.
