We are joining the new online edition of the Family Business in the Classroom Program

Aljomar Family: A family business in the classroom

The new edition of the "Family Business in the Classroom" Entrepreneurship Program is being reactivated in a digital format and Aljomar is resuming its collaboration in this very positive Family Business project of Castilla y León , which aims to convey to young people what it means to be a family entrepreneur and its values.

Given the extreme health measures and restrictions we have in place at Aljomar's facilities due to Covid-19, we will not be able to receive the students in person, but we will be with them online to introduce the company and the owning family.

First, the students will be able to watch a corporate video in which they will discover the essence of Jamones Aljomar and the Aljomar Family and, after the screening, a company representative will connect via video conference to talk with them, allowing them to ask questions and learn all the details about the company.

José Luis Sánchez, Deputy Director of Grupo Aljomar, is very grateful to those responsible for this initiative, "for giving us the opportunity again and we are delighted to renew our collaboration to spread our family business values to future generations."

New technologies allow the project to continue, adapting it to the circumstances arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. This will make it possible to convey a positive image of entrepreneurs and family businesses to students, their families, and society in general, highlighting their crucial role in overcoming the current crisis.
