The Aljomar family has joined the list of companies collaborating with the Association of Diseases of Castile and León (Aerscyl) . Our commitment to social causes in our community has led us to accept their invitation to participate in their 2016 calendar . This charitable initiative is carried out under the auspices of the General Foundation of the University of Salamanca , with which we have long collaborated in the social sphere and which has just signed an agreement with Aerscyl to create the necessary legal framework for developing joint activities in areas of common interest.
Aerscyl is an association whose objectives are to help and support all those people with Rare Diseases (RD) or undiagnosed diseases, its aims being the emotional support to patients and families, information about them, help from the administration, and everything that can improve the quality of life of the affected people , as well as the dissemination and support of research.
At Jamones Aljomar, with this initiative we emphasize our commitment to society, framed within a broad corporate social responsibility plan that we have been developing seriously and consistently for several years.
