It's the 90s! And the decision to open a factory in Guijuelo (Salamanca) becomes a reality. Construction begins and the big day arrives: on December 12, 1992, the new Jamones Aljomar facilities are inaugurated in the heart of Iberian ham country, the Dehesa Charra.
Another great decade unfolds, filled with more and more work. And even better, with more and more dreams fulfilled. Aljomar's distribution of Iberian hams and cured meats is taking off and beginning to gain recognition throughout Spain. Presentations, fairs, tastings, awards...
Without a doubt, those were years with many things to celebrate, and not just for us personally. Do you remember? It was the decade of Cobi and Curro, the Barcelona Olympics, and the Seville Expo, which the Aljomar family experienced and enjoyed very closely.
