On February 9th, CEIP Nuevo Carbajosa received a visit from Carmen Sánchez, Assistant Director of Aljomar, who spoke to the students in a friendly and relaxed manner about Iberian pigs, the dehesas (pasturelands), the different cuts of Iberian pork , and the production of the Iberian hams and sausages they love so much. Everyone had a wonderful time and also enjoyed a tasting of Aljomar products .
But, for us, the best thing of all has been the great reception from students and teachers.
Last Friday, February 13th, we received a very warm email thanking us for our visit. What the staff at CEIP Nuevo Carbajosa should know is that it was no effort at all for Jamones Aljomar; quite the opposite, it was a real pleasure to spend such a pleasant time with the children and their teachers. Thank you for having us!
