We have been collaborating with Aerscyl , the Association for Rare Diseases of Castile and León, for years now, and this year is no exception. So, we have donated €1,500 to this regional association, which was founded in Salamanca in 2014, and which works tirelessly to support those affected by rare or undiagnosed diseases and their families , advocating for their rights and needs.
Aerscyl comprises over 50 families affected by a multitude of rare diseases and many other undiagnosed conditions. We hope our support will give them a boost in their efforts to improve the quality of life and support those affected in their daily struggles.
Once again, this action falls within the scope of the Corporate Social Responsibility of the Aljomar Family, for whom it is a priority to help those who help , contributing a bit to the great work carried out by hundreds of supportive people in our immediate environment.
In addition, Aljomar is committed to non-profit organizations such as Pyfano (children with cancer), ADAA (association for helping families of patients in the Balearic Islands), the Association of Deafblind People of Castilla y León and Red Madre Salamanca, the Red Cross or the Blood Donors Association, among others.
