Aljomar Iberian products, a great pairing with the best cavas and wines

On Monday, June 1st, we will be at the Wellington Hotel in Madrid to participate in the event organized by our friends at Juvé & Camps and Primeras Marcas. This premium event brings together the best professionals and opinion leaders from the agri-food industry, the wine sector and gastronomy. Aljomar Ham Cutter  Jamones Aljomar will be present with a stand where our ham carvers will offer attendees a complete tasting of acorn-fed Iberian products – Jamón Ibérico Bellota Denominación de Origen 2011, Lomo 100% Puro Ibérico de Bellota, Salchichón Ibérico Bellota Campaña, Chorizo ​​Ibérico Bellota Campaña and Queso Puro de Oveja – all as an excellent pairing for the cavas and wines that attend the event. The event begins at 11:00 AM and ends at 8:00 PM, offering a wide variety of international products, wines, and spirits provided by leading brands. In addition, there will be a dedicated tasting room throughout the day.
