Aljomar 'Love Followers' Valentine's Day 2017 Giveaway: Information and Rules

Yes, friends, because we love our followers and we know that you love us a little too, we have decided to give you a Valentine's Day gift by launching this new GIVEAWAY that our Facebook and Twitter followers can join. You can participate in the two raffles that we have launched simultaneously on our Facebook and Twitter profiles. Until February 14th at 6 PM, you can participate in our Twitter giveaway by retweeting this post. Until February 17th at 11:30 PM you can participate in our Facebook giveaway by liking the post with the giveaway information. The prize? Two sets of 5 sachets of Aljomar Iberian Ham; one set for one chosen person from each social network. Below you will find the legal terms and conditions, should you wish to obtain further information: Legal terms and conditions for participation in the Promotion 1.- COMPANY ORGANIZING THE PROMOTION The company Jamones Aljomar SA with registered office in Industrial Estate I.2 GUIJUELO, 37770 (SALAMANCA) and CIF A37200698 organizes for promotional purposes the draw (hereinafter, “the Promotion”) of national scope, to be developed through the Internet, exclusive for users residing in Spain and of legal age in accordance with the provisions of the section of conditions to participate. 2. START DATE AND END DATE The promotion will begin on February 8, 2017 and will end on February 14 at 6:00 PM on Twitter and on February 17 at 11:30 PM on Facebook. 3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION The participation requirements will be as follows:
  • Anyone residing in Spain and over 18 years of age may participate.
  • The personal data that participants use to fill out the registration form must be truthful.
  • Participants may only register once for this promotion.
The mechanics of the Promotion consist of liking the Facebook post that announces the giveaway or retweeting on Twitter the post created for the occasion with the information about the giveaway. The draws will be considered separate, so the same user could participate in both the Facebook draw and the Twitter draw. 4.- PROMOTION CONDITIONS AND PRIZES Among the participants in each draw, 1 winner will be chosen randomly, through the Easypromos application. The winners will receive as a prize: 1 LOT OF 5 SACHETS OF ALJOMAR IBERIAN HAM. 5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it is found that any of the participants does not meet the requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered null and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion. 6. PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS Comments or opinions deemed inappropriate, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or that could infringe upon the rights of others will not be permitted. Comments against any individual that violate their right to honor, privacy, and image will also not be allowed. We will not be held responsible for any damages caused by comments made by participants in the Promotion that may offend other participants. 7. - EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for any losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstances attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the participant makes of the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that may prevent the execution of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize. 8.- FACEBOOK and TWITTER The promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Facebook and Twitter, therefore Participants release them from all liability for any damages that may arise from it. 8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 11, on the Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, each participant, by accepting these legal terms, consents to their personal data being incorporated into a file, for which we are responsible, and used to send them newsletters and commercial and promotional communications related to our services by electronic means. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition by sending an email to jamones@aljomar.es or by letter addressed to the following address: Polígono Industrial I.2; GUIJUELO, 37770 (SALAMANCA), attaching in both cases a copy of your ID 9.- CHANGES We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional terms and conditions, provided that it does not harm or diminish the rights of the participants in the Promotion. 10.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. The courts of the city of Salamanca shall have jurisdiction to resolve any claim or dispute that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or performance of these terms and conditions.
