We had an unforgettable day in Santa Marta. Our colleague Carmen Sánchez, assistant to the director of Aljomar, was in charge of explaining to them in an engaging way where the Iberian ham and cured meats they love so much in their sandwiches come from.
They toured the factory, watched the corporate video, and finished with a tasting of our products.
