Aljomar presents its new range of ready-made meals at Alimentaria 2024

Aljomar Hams will shine once again at Alimentaria 2024, from March 18th to 21st, at Stand 400 (Hall 3, Level 0, Aisle C) in the Gran Via venue in Barcelona. The company will showcase its select range of Iberian products, highlighting its 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham , awarded best at the Spanish Food Awards, its 100% natural Iberian cured meats , and its exquisite 100% organic acorn-fed Iberian ham .

This year, it also presents the new line of gastronomic solutions for the hospitality industry and home, ready  For plating and impressing with succulent dishes made with Aljomar Iberian meats. This range offers high-quality Iberian recipes without culinary complications, ideal for the hospitality industry, restaurants, and also for home use. These dishes, prepared just like homemade, with superior ingredients and maximum flavor , guarantee delicious meals with minimal effort and preparation time. Alimentaria will be the perfect forum to sample the first recipes from this innovative Aljomar range, with dishes such as Iberian Pork Loin with Homemade Tomato Sauce, Iberian Meatballs in Sauce, or Braised Iberian Pork Loin.
