We are making progress in Senior Management of Food Companies with San Telmo

From April 26th, José Luis Aljomar, Deputy Director of Aljomar, will participate in the Senior Management Program for Food Chain Companies (ADECA), which will be taught at the prestigious San Telmo Business School in Seville.

This training program reflects the company's ongoing commitment to enhancing the management skills of its professional team, not only by expanding their knowledge but also through the exchange of experiences from senior management. In fact, the program will also include top executives from leading companies in the food sector, such as El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Vegalsa, Central Lechera Asturiana, Gallo, Conservas Calvo, Cobega-Coca-Cola, Ecoembalajes España, Mahou, Pescanova, Grupo Osborne, and Covap.

José Luis Sánchez considers it to be an “extremely enriching experience due to the high quality of its content and its professors. But, in addition, it is an activity especially valued for the high level of the colleagues with whom I will have the pleasure of exchanging ideas, generating alliances, debating, reflecting and, ultimately, strengthening mutually beneficial relationships.”

These training sessions at San Telmo therefore constitute an advanced forum for reflection designed to help senior management "better understand industry trends and improve their ability to react appropriately within them." This unique program in the European Union is delivered over four months, with intensive two-day in-person sessions each month.
