Aljomar Group presents its 2023-2024 Sustainability Report , a very special edition that captures a key moment for the company: the celebration of its 30th anniversary. This report reflects Aljomar's firm commitment to a more natural, ecological, sustainable, and innovative production model, in which quality, respect for the environment, and the well-being of people remain essential pillars. Among the most significant milestones of the two-year period are the record-breaking revenue of over €150 million achieved in 2024 and the consolidation of the controlled production cycle as a hallmark of the brand.

In the environmental field, Aljomar has taken firm steps by generating 23.3% of its electricity consumption through solar energy and planting 4,000 holm oaks and cork oaks on its Vera Vieja estate, guaranteeing the future of the dehesa and reinforcing the sustainability of the entire production process.
From a social perspective, the company has surpassed 520 direct and indirect jobs, maintaining its commitment to work-life balance, employee well-being, and support for numerous charitable causes. Aljomar has also reaffirmed its commitment to training and young talent, strengthening its ties with universities, non-profit organizations, and local associations.
The report also highlights the achievements in animal welfare, food safety, organic production and healthy eating, with the consolidation of its allergen-free product ranges and the launch of the brand's first 100% organic acorn-fed ham.
