María Auxiliadora García Martín, Agricultural Engineer in Food Industries at the Polytechnic School of Zamora (University of Salamanca), arrives with extensive professional experience in some of the leading international agri-food companies, such as Nestlé, Lactalis Ibérica, and her last 12 years of professional career as an auditor of food safety and security protocols at Aenor Internacional.
