The first event took place on Saturday, November 26th, at 9:30 pm at the Alameda Palace Hotel, with a charity dinner to benefit Aerscyl , the Association for Rare Diseases of Castile and León . Our relationship with this organization began last year when we accepted their invitation to participate in their annual calendar. Since then, we have developed a close relationship with the families of the association, who recently visited our factory in Guijuelo. Our latest collaboration was our attendance at the charity gala on Friday, where an Aljomar acorn-fed Iberian ham was raffled off among the attendees. It was a pleasure to attend the event. We've included some photos in this gallery:

Yesterday, Sunday, November 27th, it was Pyfano's turn. Pyfano is the Association of Parents, Relatives, and Friends of Children with Cancer, with whom we have collaborated for many years. Their charity gala took place at 6:00 PM in the Salamanca Conference Center and was practically sold out. Hundreds of people from Salamanca came to show their support for this important cause and enjoy a unique afternoon for just €5, with the scheduled activities, especially the children's performance by the ArmaDanzas Group.
Aljomar was also present, not only as the main sponsor of the gala , but also by donating products for the charity auction. Here are some highlights of the wonderful afternoon we spent yesterday:

And, as if that weren't enough, today the company's charitable activities continue with our participation in the traditional Cascajares charity capon auction ... We'll tell you more details at this link , and tomorrow we'll share photos of the event. It's truly a pleasure to be involved in this charitable endeavor.
