As you know, at Aljomar we are convinced that Iberian ham is "one of the most wonderful foods in the world," and we champion above all not only the quality of our Iberian products but also the certainty that they are healthy and beneficial foods. It is within this context that we have joined the Spanish Federation of Food and Beverage Industries (FIAB) , with which we share a firm commitment "to food safety, the quality of life and well-being of consumers, and the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of the sector."
FIAB comprises more than 40 associations and works to promote competitiveness, internationalization, innovation, sustainability, employment, and talent within the sector. These areas are undoubtedly of paramount importance in the development of Aljomar's business strategy.
Our commitment to quality and food safety is also reflected in our membership in other relevant organizations in the sector such as Adilac (Spanish Association of Lactose Intolerant People), Calicer-Certified Product or Face (Federation of Celiac Associations of Spain)
The Spanish Federation of Food and Beverages is also working intensively to contribute to the export capacity of the Spanish industry, which aligns with the Aljomar Group's ongoing internationalization strategy. Aljomar Iberian products are distributed in all Spanish autonomous communities and in 25 other countries , including the United States, South Africa, Portugal, Sweden, Mexico, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Among the latest initiatives undertaken by FIAB, the publication of the third edition of SPAIN'S FOOD MANUFACTURERS BOOK stands out. This reference book for international traders compiles the exportable food offerings of Spain. This publication, which has generated significant interest among buyers, was presented at Alimentaria 2018, making it available to hundreds of international distributors so they could learn about the food products endorsed by FIAB. The promotion of this document will continue in all the international promotional activities carried out by the food federation for the remainder of 2018 and throughout 2019.
