The Family Business Association of Castilla y León is launching a new logo these days, a symbol of the modernization process undertaken and with which they offer "a more modern corporate identity that faithfully reflects the values with which we identify, such as roots, quality, growth or notoriety ."
As a result of this renewal, Jamones Aljomar, as a member of the EFCL since 2010, therefore adopts the new EFCL Associated Company Seal.

The new image, however, maintains the figure of the tree that has symbolized the family business since its beginnings; but it has been given a more modern style and a more dynamic color , blue, to convey solidity and a long-term vision.
There have also been changes in the name and logo of the group that represents the future of companies, which is now called the EFCL Youth Forum , with the new image in green.
At Jamones Aljomar, we wish the organization every success with the changes made and are confident that they will reflect the dynamic and active nature of the association . Furthermore, as intended by President César Pontvianne, we hope that it will continue to convey to society the commitment of all members "to continue working in support of family businesses, always with an eye to the future."
The Family Business Association of Castile and León was created in 1997 and currently brings together more than 150 family businesses from Castile and León.
Its members are leaders in their respective sectors and together represent a total revenue equivalent to 20% of the GDP of Castile and León , employing 9% of the region's private sector workforce . 40% of EFCL member companies are large corporations with more than 250 employees, while the remaining 60% are SMEs.
