The master's program takes place over two days a month, for eight months. At the midpoint of the program, it's customary to take a well-deserved break with a trip that combines leisure and training; and Aljomar played a key role in this trip through a tasting of their 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham. In addition, the students visited the Seville-based company Inés Rosales , famous for its original and exquisite olive oil cakes.
