Among the advances in environmental matters, a few months ago we obtained the 'Zero Calculated CO2 Label', an important step that certified our effort and commitment to active policies aimed at reducing the impact of our production process on the biosphere .
Similarly, Jamones Aljomar is also a member of Ecoembes, with whom it has implemented an intensive waste management plan for used packaging. We recycle paper, plastics, and wood, as well as food and industrial oils, and disposable office supplies. We also focus on managing byproducts from deboning and butchering, such as bones and fat.
