Breeding
Our 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork loin comes from animals raised free-range on our farms, fed on natural resources from the dehesa (pastureland) and acorns, giving the product a unique flavor, texture, and aroma. It is one of the star sausages made up of a single piece seasoned with salt, paprika, oregano or garlic.
Race
This product comes from 100% Iberian pigs, that is, the parents of the Iberian pig were also 100% Iberian, resulting in a purebred animal, commonly known as " Pata Negra ".
Animal welfare
At Aljomar, we hold the Welfair animal welfare certificate . This certificate guarantees animal welfare throughout our entire production process, from the raising of Iberian pigs on our farms to the processes in our factory, ensuring the use of good practices throughout the food chain.
