Congratulations to the winners of the 13th Ronda Ham Carving Competition

The 13th Ronda Ham Carving Competition was a resounding success. Our sincerest congratulations to all the winners and participants. As always, La Casa del Jamón put on an unforgettable event. A truly remarkable tribute to quality Iberian ham and to this sector that contributes so much to Spanish gastronomy and the national economy. It has always enjoyed the support of Jamones Aljomar , and we hope to continue that partnership in future editions. This was the list of winners: 1st - ANTONIO ESCRIBANO, CAPTAIN. (VILLANUEBA DE CÓRDOBA) 2nd - JUAN ANTONIO PEREZ MORO (SAN BARTOLOMÉ DE LA TORRE).
