Alimentaria 2016, so far, yet so near…

Aljomar's presence at the last edition of Alimentaria is still fresh in the minds of many, and we believe it will remain so until the next one in 2016. Aljomar Jamones is already a fixture at this major international food fair, and as proof: our appearance in the video produced by the organizers to promote the next event, scheduled for two years from now. Our nearly 300m2 exhibition space in the Intercarn pavilion sparked great interest among attendees, as did the gastronomic possibilities of our range of cured products or our fresh Iberian meats which, after passing through the expert hands of chef Antonio Arrabal, were tasted by thousands of people during the fair. It seems like there's a long way to go, but time flies, and we're already excited about being back at Alimentaria, from April 25 to 28, 2016, "the must-attend event for innovation, the latest trends and the internationalization of the food, beverage and HoReCa channel sector." Alimentaria has been a benchmark for Jamones Aljomar since 1996.
