Aljomar Iberian pork will be available for tasting during the Aecoc Congress of Meat and Processed Products 2016

On March 8th and 9th, Jamones Aljomar will travel to Lleida to participate in the 16th AECOC Congress of Meat and Processed Products 2016 held at the Palau de Congressos.
Jamones Aljomar will be among the sponsors of this important business event, offering its full support to the organization and, in addition, will be a key player, delighting the palates of the participants during the social activities.
At the gala dinner on March 8th, guests will be able to enjoy the quality of Iberian pork from the Guijuelo-based brand with a second course of acorn-fed Iberian pork shoulder with mushroom sauce and sautéed mushrooms with hoisin sauce , prepared by top chef Antonio Arrabal , a collaborator with Aljomar. In addition, as a starter, a selection of acorn-fed Iberian cured meats will be offered: 100% acorn-fed Iberian pork loin, acorn-fed Iberian chorizo, and acorn-fed Iberian salchichón.
The following day, Wednesday, March 9 , during the aperitif , the congress attendees will taste a selection of tapas consisting of IBERIAN ACORN-FED SIRLOIN IN PICKLE WITH PICKLES AND DRIED FRUITS and TACO OF IBERIAN ACORN-FED PORK SAUTEED WITH CURRY AND SPRING ONION , also cooked by the expert hands of chef Arrabal.
The 16th AECOC Congress on Meat and Processed Products 2016 brings together the key players in the meat value chain in Spain and will provide the ideal setting to analyze the current economic situation, the development of distribution agents in the sector and the changes observed in consumer behavior.
