The fair is celebrating its 40th anniversary, and we are joining in the festivities. You won't be able to resist. Our master carvers and chef Antonio Arrabal will be waiting for you to enjoy a unique flavor.
Every day there will be a showcooking demonstration by Top Chef Antonio Arrabal . Two live cooking sessions, from 11:30 to 12:00 and from 16:30 to 17:00.
On Monday the 25th and Wednesday the 27th : Tapas of Iberian acorn-fed pork shoulder burger with black olive mayonnaise and arugula, Iberian acorn-fed pork tenderloin in raspberry escabeche with Italian tomato and soy reduction and Iberian acorn-fed pork shoulder taco marinated with guacamole and pico de gallo.
Tuesday 26th and Thursday 28th : La Jamada Iberian Acorn-Fed Secret Burger Tapas with Chinese cabbage and hot and sour sauce, Stir-fried Pluma and scallops with Hoisin sauce and Carpaccio of Iberian Acorn-Fed Presa with beetroot and Japanese mayonnaise.
And there will be many more surprises, seasoned with some of our star products, such as the Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham Designation of Origin, the Iberian acorn-fed chorizos, lomos and salchichones or the exclusive selection made by the founder of the brand, Don Alfonso Sánchez Bernal, and collected under the premium label TRIBUTO DON ALFONSO.
